Accuracy Guarantee- All orders placed on our website are guaranteed to be correct and accurate to what you have entered as your order.  All errors must be reported within 36 hours of your order being received. Should you find a mistake on your order, we will give you a $25 store credit to use on your next order.  We will send your corrected item upon receipt of the returned incorrect item.  Back orders are not considered errors. All back ordered items will be clearly noted on your receipt or our accuracy guarantee will be granted. All return freight charges will be paid by EFS under the terms of our accuracy guarantee.  Customers are required to place item(s) in a sturdy, size appropriate box, affix the label that we provide, tape with appropriate tape and drop at approved location.  Item(s) missing all or part of our previously affixed proof of purchase sticker will not be accepted or replaced.  (All products in your order will have a proof of purchase sticker affixed when you receive your order).

Free Shipping and $10 Shipping Offer- We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 and $10 flat rate shipping on orders under $100.  Empire Farrier Supply reserves the right to choose the shipping method and shipping company.  Our shipping offer applies only to standard ground service via UPS, USPS, FEDEX, or other carrier we select. Normal ground service usually delivers within 1-5 business days.  All other services and expedited shipping are available for an additional charge.  Orders that qualify for our in-house delivery service will be delivered via an EFS truck on the days specified for your area.   This free and $10 shipping offer is only valid within the Continental United States. (Free shipping not valid with any other offers, rewards program, or discounts.)

Rasp Program-  Bring or send us your used rasps and we will credit you $2 towards each new rasp purchase.  One used rasp equals one $2 credit per new rasp.  Used rasps must have minimal rust to be accepted.  Shipping and delivery of used rasps is the responsibility of the person receiving the credits.  We reserve the right to reject any used rasps that don’t meet the qualifications.  This offer is for a limited time only. Any credits received will not expire and will be available to use towards a new rasp purchase at any time.

Volume Discounts (Not valid with free or discounted shipping offer) - Orders with subtotals of $500 or more receive 5% off, and subtotals of $750 or more receive 10% off.  Discounts do not apply to already discounted cases of nails, bar stock, rebuilds, forges, anvils, shoeing boxes, hoof stands, stall jacks, services, sale items, or consignment items. The amounts of the listed items can be used to obtain the needed subtotal for the discount and you will receive the discount on all other items in your order.  5% and 10% discounts are not valid with free shipping offer.  If you are interested in purchasing in volumes of $750 or more we recommend that you call us to calculate your potential discount against the free freight offer.  We can help you decide if it is better to pay the freight and take the discount or vice versa.

Freight Policy- Empire Farrier Supply’s responsibility for delivery ceases upon the acceptance of the shipment by a transportation company, private carrier, or EFS delivery truck as evidenced by a receipt from carrier. All transactions shall be deemed complete at the point of shipment. Damaged items must be reported within 36 hours of order receipt. Please keep all boxes and packaging materials used to ship the damaged items until the problem is resolved.

Freight is FOB Temecula, CA. Freight charges are NOT included in prices and will be an extra charge. Exceptions include our limited time FREE shipping offer when shipped in accordance with our terms of offer.

Return Policy Returned merchandise is accepted in “Salable”, “New” condition only and must be a stock item. No Cash Refunds. Refunds will be issued only if merchandise is returned within 30 days and is accompanied by the purchase receipt. Refunds are issued via original form of payment only. If merchandise is returned more than 30 days from date of purchase, a return authorization number is required and store credit only will be issued upon management approval and is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Freight charges are not refundable. Return freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser if item was ordered in error by the purchaser.  Empire Farrier Supply will be responsible for return charges if error was ours.

All returns over 30 days must have a return authorization number issued by Empire Farrier Supply in advance of return of merchandise. RETURNED MERCHANDISE OVER 30 DAYS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION NUMBER FROM OUR COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE.


We promise make our best effort to ship your order the same day if received before 12pm PST.  Although we never expect to have delays, occasionally they do occur for reasons out of our control.  You will be contacted if your order is to be delayed more than 48 hours.

Current market conditions may limit some product availability. If an item is backordered from a manufacturer, we will reach out and offer you a suitable alternative or a refund for that item. 

If an item sold on this website is unavailable for any reason, we will contact you and offer an alternative item or a full refund.

Any items listed on this website that are currently unavailable for more than 14 days are subject to cancellation. If your item is cancelled from your order due to an extended manufacturer backorder, we will refund your payment method.
