All orders placed on our website are guaranteed to be correct and accurate to what you have entered as your order. All errors must be reported within 48 hours of your order being received. Should you find a mistake on your order that was our error, we will give you a $25 store credit to use on your next order. We will send your corrected item upon receipt of the returned incorrect item. Back orders are not considered errors.


Should there be a back ordered item, it will be clearly noted on your receipt or our accuracy guarantee will be granted. All return freight charges will be paid by EFS under the terms of our accuracy guarantee. Customers are required to place item(s) in a sturdy, size appropriate box, affix the label that we provide, tape with appropriate tape and drop at approved location. Item/Order problems not reported within 48 hours of order delivery are considered on a case by case basis and will not be eligible for the $25 store credit.
