Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt.
We accept Debit, Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, &
Discover.
Empire Farrier Supply’s
responsibility for delivery ceases upon the
acceptance of the shipment by a transportation
company, private carrier, or EFS delivery truck
as evidenced by a receipt from carrier. All
transactions shall be deemed complete at the
point of shipment. Damaged items must be reported
within 36 hours of order receipt. Please keep
all boxes and packaging materials used to ship
the damaged items until the problem is resolved.
Freight is FOB Temecula,
CA. Freight charges are NOT included
in prices and will be an extra charge.
Return
Policy
Returned merchandise is accepted in “Saleable”,
“New” condition only. No
Cash Refunds. Refunds will be issued
only if merchandise is returned within 30 days
and is accompanied by the purchase receipt.
Refunds are issued via original form of payment
only. If merchandise is returned more than 30
days from date of purchase, store credit only
will be issued upon management approval and
is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Freight charges are not refundable.
Return freight charges are the responsibility
of the purchaser.
All returns must have
a return authorization number issued by Empire
Farrier Supply in advance of return of merchandise.
RETURNED MERCHANDISE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT
PRIOR AUTHORIZATION NUMBER FROM OUR COMPANY
REPRESENTATIVE.
