Do
you sell to the public?
Yes. Everyone is welcome to shop at Empire.
We offer a vast inventory of hoof related supplies
for every type of horse and discipline of riding.
What
if what I want to purchase is not online or
in your catalog?
Give us a call or send an email. More than
likely, any hoof related product you desire
is either at our store or available for special
order. At this time we only offer a few products
through online shopping.
Do you
deliver?
Yes. We offer free delivery on certain days
of the week to specific locations throughout
Southern California. Also, for a fee we offer
home delivery within certain limits of our delivery
route. See the delivery portion of our website
for more details on days, routes, fees, and
restrictions.
Do you
offer quantity discounts?
Yes. Discounts are available on most items
in stock. Subtotals of $500 or more receive
5% off, and $750 or more receive 10% off. All
nails purchased in case quantity receive an
automatic 10% discount. (Anvils, Forges, Concave
Bar Stock, Truck Accessories, and already discounted
nails do not receive discounts. See store for
more details. Discount policy subject to change.)
Do you
offer free freight?
No. Orders totaling $750 or more receive
the 10% discount which is usually more than
enough to pay for or reduce the freight charges.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes. We will send any allowable items via
USPS, FEDEX, or UPS. The most economical method
will be chosen unless you specify a preference.
